By placing an order with Sheikh SMM Pannel, you automatically accept these Terms of Service (ToS), regardless of whether you have read them. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Service rates are subject to change without notice. However, payment and refund policies will remain effective for orders placed prior to any changes.

To ensure a smooth ordering process, please adhere to the following policies:

• Duplicate Orders: No refunds will be issued for duplicate orders placed on the same link while an order is already in progress.
• Link/Account Changes: No refunds or refills will be provided if you change the link, username, or make a post/account private during an active order.
• Multiple Panels: Orders placed across multiple panels use start and end counts. We recommend clearing existing orders on one panel before placing new orders on the same link to avoid potential issues.
• Non-Guaranteed Services: No customer support or refunds are available for non-guaranteed (no-refill) services. These are provided on an "as-is" basis.
• Guaranteed Services: We commit to addressing any issues with guaranteed services promptly and effectively.
• Delivery Time: All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for orders deemed "too slow" while still in processing.
• Public Accounts: Ensure that all accounts and posts are set to public before placing an order. No support will be provided for private accounts or incorrect links.

Our refill system is designed to protect your investment in our services. Refills are available only for drops of 5% or more (for example, 10+ drops out of 1000 subscribers; no refill for 5 drops).

To qualify for a refill, you must maintain the correct, public link associated with your order, and the order status must remain above the original start count.

Please note: Refills are not available after username changes, nor for old drops if new orders have been placed on the same link.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.

If an issue remains unresolved after 24 hours, an automatic refund will be issued to your panel account.

Available Options: You may use the refunded funds to purchase alternative services, or you can request a full refund via live chat (processed within 1-24 hours, with no deductions).

Order Issues: For any order-related issues, please contact our support team. Note that no support is available for non-guaranteed services. Spamming or using abusive language may result in account suspension.

At Sheikh SMM Pannel, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data is used solely for order fulfillment and is never sold or shared with third parties.

We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information and ensure a secure browsing and purchasing experience.

Please use a valid email address when signing up. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of fake or temporary email addresses (e.g., lost passwords).

Our website is secure and does not tolerate any illegal activity. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not accept third-party payments. For example, Easypaisa payments must originate from your own Easypaisa account.

If you deposit funds via another person's account, you must provide the front and back of your CNIC for verification purposes.

Always follow the payment instructions provided on our platform carefully to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

Failure to follow our rules and policies may result in account suspension without refund, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
